How long does a custom cake take?
For standard catalog cakes, we can deliver same-day. For elaborate custom fondant cakes, please give us a 24-48 hour notice.
What happens if my cake gets damaged during delivery?
We have temperature-controlled, secure delivery. In the rare event of damage, we will replace the cake or issue a full refund immediately.
