Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. For same-day deliveries, cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Custom Cakes

Since custom cakes require advance preparation and specialized ingredients, they cannot be cancelled once the baking process has begun (typically 24 hours before delivery).

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved according to our policy, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The refund will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a cake that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
